Maggie Yip, the Office Manager of EGL ASIA, has considerable office management experience in businesses related to the international diamond and jewelry industry.
For almost a decade, she served as Customer Services Manager at Brink's Hong Kong Ltd where she honed her skills in dealing with customer-related issues and providing top-level service. She also attended international jewelry fairs in Hong Kong, Macau and Vietnam, creating relations with local and overseas customers and acquiring a deep understanding of the needs and requirement of the global diamond and jewelry business.
She is proficient in dealing with documentation related to shipping and logistics, Kimberley Process certificates, certificates of origin, banking statements, customs clearance and airline liaison and coordination.
Fluent in English and Cantonese, she is also experienced in providing administrative help has book-keeping skills and managing databases.
